1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Prepared Finance Book, website, or any of our services (including Custodial Bookkeeping, Credit Matching, Data Entry, or Business Support), you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of the Prepared Book

The Prepared Book is designed to help you keep financial records for your personal or business use. You agree to use it truthfully and to the best of your knowledge.

3. Use of Our Services

When you request services like data entry, reporting, or credit matching, you agree to provide accurate information and follow our support guidelines. We reserve the right to deny services if records are incomplete or false.

4. Payments & Pricing

Most of our products and services are offered at affordable rates. Prices may vary by region or agent. All payments must be made through approved channels like mobile money, cash (to agents), or digital checkout on our platform.

5. Data Entry & Reporting

Prepared does not guarantee 100% accuracy if your book is unclear or incomplete. We make our best effort to organize, summarize, and present your records as truthfully as possible. You are responsible for double-checking your final reports.

6. Credit Matching & Referrals

Prepared helps you become loan-ready, but does not issue loans directly. Matching you with SACCOs or financial institutions is based on eligibility, consistent use of the book, and partner availability. Final approval depends on those partners.

7. Intellectual Property

The Prepared Finance Book, logo, designs, and training materials are owned by Prepared Finance Limited (under Bootim Group). Do not copy, resell, or distribute any of our products without permission.

8. Agent Conduct

Our agents are trained to serve professionally and ethically. If you face misconduct or have concerns, report it to our official contacts immediately.

9. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds for printed books or services are only possible within 7 days of purchase and if the product is unused. Disputes should be reported to support@prepared.co.ug or through your local Prepared Agent.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified via WhatsApp, email, or agent communication in case of important changes that affect your use of the book or services.

11. Limitation of Liability

Prepared is not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect data entered by the user, misuse of the book, or third-party decisions (such as loan denial). We offer tools, but your usage and results may vary.
