I didn't create the Prepared Finance Book because I had everything figured out.

I created it because I saw something that broke me — again and again.

In every town I visited, every market I walked through, every small shop I entered, I saw a pattern: hardworking people doing their best, but always one step behind.

They had the hustle. They had the discipline.

But what they didn't have… was clarity.

I met Maama Suzan, who ran a kiosk from sunrise to night, yet couldn't explain where her money went. I spoke with Ismail, who borrowed from loan sharks every month just to stay afloat. They had no records, no systems, and no safe space to track their financial lives.

And truth is — they weren't dumb. They were just never taught.

In school, we never had a class called "How to Manage My Business Money." Most financial tools are either too expensive, too complicated, or simply designed for people with smartphones, bank accounts, and degrees.

So I asked myself this question:

That's when Prepared was born.
