Data Entry Service Terms

1. Nature of Service

Our data entry service involves converting handwritten or photo-submitted financial data into clean, digital records inside the Prepared Book system. All submitted data is processed by trained personnel.

2. User Eligibility

This service is available only to users who have used the Prepared Book consistently for more than 7 days. We believe in rewarding commitment and supporting users on their journey to financial clarity.

3. Service Fees

The data entry service is FREE for consistent users (7+ days of usage). Fees may apply in future for premium or bulk data processing requests, but will always be communicated clearly beforehand.

4. Data Privacy

Your submitted data (including images) is handled securely and is only used to assist with your recordkeeping. We do not share or sell any user data to third parties. All access is restricted to authorized staff only.

5. Accuracy & Responsibility

While our team strives for 100% accuracy, users are expected to crosscheck entered data. You are responsible for verifying all final entries, and reporting any issues within 48 hours of confirmation.

6. Prohibited Content

• ❌ Sending unclear or unrelated images (e.g., selfies, memes, etc.)
• ❌ Submitting sensitive personal data (e.g., National IDs, passwords)
• ❌ Misuse of the service for spamming or testing purposes

8. Termination of Service
