Field Sales Agent

Prepared Finance is looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to join our growing Field Sales Team.

The Prepared Finance Book is a practical bookkeeping tool designed to help small businesses record their sales, expenses, stock, loans, goals and monthly business performance.

As a Field Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to take the product directly to businesses. You will move from business to business, introduce Prepared Finance, speak with business owners, demonstrate how the book works, explain its value and convert interested businesses into customers.

This is a commission-based field sales opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary. Your earnings are directly linked to your successful sales.

The opportunity is particularly suitable for people who are confident, energetic, persistent and comfortable approaching new customers.

You do not need to be an accountant or financial professional to apply. Sales experience is an advantage, but motivated individuals who can learn and communicate effectively are encouraged to apply.

• Visit small businesses, shops and other trading establishments to identify potential customers.
• Approach and engage business owners professionally.
• Introduce the Prepared Finance Book and explain its purpose.
• Demonstrate how the book can be used to manage business records.
• Understand customers' bookkeeping and financial record-keeping challenges.
• Explain the benefits of proper business record keeping.
• Respond to customer questions and objections.
• Convert prospects into customers and complete sales.
• Follow up with interested potential customers.
• Build relationships with business owners and generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Account for books received and sold.
• Submit required sales reports.
• Represent Prepared Finance professionally while working in the field.
• Meet agreed sales and activity targets.
